These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and tq77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the tq77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. tq77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. tq77 supports multiple local payment channels designed for Bangladesh players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

tq77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are governed by the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (rollover). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the rollover has been met in full.
• Bonuses are issued once per player, per promotion. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

tq77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, which may temporarily affect service availability.

tq77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, or fraud.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or any other criminal conduct connected to the account.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account or exercise their right to self-exclusion.
